I believe that to get to know the heart of a person, you should take a look at what they actually produce. It helps you to have an insight into their ideas, what it is that inspires them, and what makes them keep going.
My experience over the years has taught me to express my personality through my work. It doesn't matter who I am working with, a large company, a small internet start up or a little project of my own.
